Privacy policy

The short version: we collect only what we need to run the quiz, deliver what you buy, answer your emails, and improve our ads. We never sell your information. Email support@cleermind.com and we'll show you, correct, or delete what we have.
Who we are
Cleermind is a one-person business based in Colorado, USA. We make the ADHD-AI Playbook and other digital productivity tools. This policy covers cleermind.com, our quiz, our checkout, and the emails we send.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers and email. When you take our quiz, we collect your answers and the email address you enter. The quiz runs on Tally.
- Purchase details. When you buy, we receive your name, email, what you bought, and when. Checkout runs on SamCart, and payments are processed by SamPay, which is powered by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard information like your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. We use it to keep the site secure and to count visits. Cloudflare's analytics don't use cookies.
- Ad measurement data. Our pages use the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to tell Meta when a page is viewed. More on this below.
How we use it
- To show your quiz result and send you to the page that matches it.
- To deliver your purchase, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you emails, as described below.
- To understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve them.
- To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations, like tax records.
Emails from us
If you give us your email through the quiz or a purchase, we may send you emails about your result, your purchase, and other Cleermind products we think will help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Receipts and messages about something you bought still go out when needed.
The Meta Pixel and your quiz result
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel on our pages tells Meta which page you viewed, which helps us measure our ads and show them to people likely to find them useful. Meta may link this to your Meta account under its own privacy policy.
After the quiz, the page you land on reflects your profile type, and the Meta Pixel can see which page that is. We don't give Meta your email address or your individual quiz answers.
You can control how Meta uses this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
The quiz is not a medical assessment
The quiz asks about everyday habits, like how you handle deadlines. It doesn't diagnose anything, and we don't ask for a diagnosis or medical records. Please don't send us medical information. Cleermind is a productivity tool, not medical advice or treatment.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run Cleermind, and only for the purposes above:
- Tally, for the quiz
- SamCart and Stripe, for checkout, payments, and product delivery
- Cloudflare, for hosting and security
- Meta, for ad measurement
- Google, for our email and for the fonts on our pages, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads
We may also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The Meta Pixel sets cookies for ad measurement. Our checkout, run by SamCart, uses cookies it needs to process your order, and Cloudflare may set cookies needed for security. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not work without them.
Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there's no common standard for it, so our site doesn't respond to it. The choices in this policy still apply.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years.
- Your quiz answers and email: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Support emails: as long as they're useful for helping you.
Your choices
Email support@cleermind.com to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep purchase records the law requires us to keep. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails any time using the link in any of them.
Children
Cleermind is made for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
