Refund policy

The short version: if a Cleermind product isn't working for you, email support@cleermind.com within 30 days of buying it, and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.
What's covered
Every Cleermind purchase, including the ADHD-AI Playbook and the Cleermind Vault. Each purchase gets its own 30 days, counted from the date you bought it.
How to get a refund
- Email support@cleermind.com within 30 days of your purchase.
- Send it from the email address you used to buy, or tell us which address that was.
- Include your order number if you have it. It's in your receipt email. If you can't find it, we'll look it up.
That's it. No forms, no questions.
What happens next
We'll reply within 2 business days and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Because our products are digital files, we can't take them back. We ask that you delete your copies after a refund.
After 30 days
After 30 days, purchases are final. If something's wrong with your files, like a download that won't open, email us any time and we'll fix it.
Before disputing a charge
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and within 30 days we'll refund you anyway.
